About me

I am Miranda, a Melbourne-based photographer with more than a decade of experience capturing people and the moments that matter.

Originally from the Netherlands, I lived in London before eventually settling in Melbourne. After years in the corporate world, I realised I wanted to spend more of my time doing creative work and connecting with people, which led me to photography.

Today, I focus on professional headshots, personal branding sessions and events.

From time to time I take on projects that fall outside these categories, like family or interior shoots. I enjoy the variety and the chance to photograph different people, places and businesses.

Outside of photography, life is full and busy with my husband, three daughters and dog. I find comfort in simple things - being outdoors, a cup of tea, time with family and friends.

Photography is ultimately about connection, and I feel fortunate to do work that allows me to meet people, hear their stories and create images that reflect who they are.
